We are seeking an experienced CFS / FAK Coordinator to join our client's busy transport and logistics operation in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary, Monday to Friday hours commencing at 6:00am, and an immediate start.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in Container Freight Station (CFS) and Freight of All Kinds (FAK) operations, with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating daily CFS / FAK operations, container unpacking and freight movements.
- Managing freight receivals, cargo releases, collection bookings and dispatch.
- Preparing and processing manifests, freight documentation and associated paperwork.
- Liaising with transport operators, freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehouse teams.
- Monitoring container movements, freight availability and operational deadlines.
- Managing cargo discrepancies, damages and shortages.
- Ensuring compliance with customs, biosecurity and operational requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating logistics management systems.
- Previous CFS / FAK experience is ESSENTIAL.
- Strong knowledge of container unpacking, freight handling and cargo release processes.
- Experience with import documentation, manifests and freight coordination.
- CargoWise, 1-Stop or similar warehouse management system experience highly regarded.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident computer skills and ability to work autonomously.
- $75,000–$85,000 + superannuation, depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday | 6:00am start.
- Full-time, ongoing employment.
