Our client, a globally recognised leader in advanced manufacturing and technology, is seeking a Customer Order Processing Specialist to join their Australian team.
This is a key operational role where you’ll take ownership of national order to cash (O2C) processes, working across systems, teams and international stakeholders to ensure smooth, accurate and efficient operations.

About the Role
Our client, a globally recognised leader in advanced manufacturing and technology, is seeking a Customer Order Processing Specialist to join their Australian team.
This is a key operational role where you’ll take ownership of national order to cash (O2C) processes, working across systems, teams and international stakeholders to ensure smooth, accurate and efficient operations.
You’ll be the go-to person for customer order processing, ERP support, and process improvement playing a critical role in keeping the business running seamlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end to end customer order processing, including invoicing and master data maintenance
- Act as the key point of contact for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across the business
- Provide first-level support for ERP systems (e.g. BAAN or similar)
- Monitor KPIs, identify issues and implement process improvements
- Work closely with internal teams (finance, warehouse, service, procurement) to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on system updates, process improvements and supply chain challenges
- Support audits, compliance requirements and system testing
- Deliver training and support to staff on systems and processes
- Experience in customer order processing, procurement, supply chain, logistics or similar roles
- Strong ERP system experience (BAAN or similar highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of processes, systems and data
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
- Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial or technical environments
- Exposure to international or multi-site operations
- $85,000 – $110,000 + super (depending on experience)
