We are partnering with an established transport equipment organisation to appoint an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join their High Wycombe team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and wants to play a key role supporting fleet coordination, customer service, and branch operations.
  
About the Role
Reporting to the branch team, the Fleet Coordinator will support the daily coordination of equipment hire operations, ensuring customer requirements are met and all equipment is prepared and available for hire.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries relating to equipment hire, availability, and bookings
  • Assist walk-in customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate reservations and ensure equipment is “hire ready”
  • Maintain accurate records across bookings, licences, permits, servicing, contracts, and invoicing
  • Assess returned fleet and coordinate follow-up actions
  • Assist with vehicle and equipment movements when required
  • Provide general administration and branch support
  • Participate in an on-call roster for fleet support as required
About You To be successful, you will have:
  • Previous experience in fleet coordination, transport, logistics, or equipment hire
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and administration experience
  • Minimum HR licence with driving experience
