About the Opportunity
Our client, a respected supplier to the mining industry of screening solutions. Now kicking off 2026 we are actively recruiting 13 operators to become an integral part of their operations. We are seeking experienced Machine Operators, Press Machine Operators, Injection Moulders, Tool Makers with CNC Milling & Router. Please note all vacancies will be based oat their Campbellfield facility however the CNC Milling operator is to be based at Sunshine. These positions play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality components used across Australia’s mining sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate machines, routers, or other production equipment
  • Read and interpret technical drawings or digital files
  • Perform machine programming or adjustments as required
  • Conduct quality checks and maintain production standards
  • Assist with maintenance and resolve machine issues
  • Work collaboratively to meet production targets and safety standards
Shift Times
  • Machine Operators/Manufacturing Technicians (AM Mon-Thur 4.30am- 2.30pm) & (PM Mon-Wed 2.50pm-4:00am)
  • Press Operators (AM Mon-Thur 5:30am-3.30pm)
  • Injection Moulders (AM Mon-Thur 6am-2.30pm & Fri 6am-12pm)
  • Tool Maker | CNC Milling (AM Mon-Thur 6am-2.30pm & Fri 6am-12pm)
  • Tool Maker | Router Operator (PM 2.50pm - 4:00am) 
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in Machine Operators, Press Machine Operators, Injection Moulders, Tool Makers with CNC Milling & Routers is highly regarded. 
  • Ability to read technical drawings or CAD/CAM files
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safety and efficiency in a manufacturing setting
