About the Opportunity
We are currently partnering with a well-established transport and equipment hire business in South East Perth and are seeking an experienced MC Driver / Yardhand to join their team.
This is a hands-on, dual-purpose role offering variety every day — combining yard operations with MC truck driving responsibilities. You will play a key role in the safe movement, preparation, and delivery of heavy vehicles and equipment across multiple sites while supporting efficient yard and workshop operations.
This is an ongoing opportunity with strong potential for long-term or permanent employment for the right person.

What you’ll be doing i n this role:
- Operating MC trucks to deliver and collect equipment and vehicles between sites
- Moving, parking, and preparing heavy vehicles and equipment within the yard
- Loading and unloading equipment safely and efficiently
- Completing pre-start checks and routine vehicle inspections
- Securing loads in line with road transport and safety regulations
- Supporting general yard housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment
- Assisting workshop and operations teams as required
- Reporting faults, damage, or safety issues promptly
- MC Licence (essential)
- Forklift Licence (desirable)
- Experience in yard operations, transport, logistics, heavy vehicles, or equipment hire
- Confidence operating MC trucks in industrial or site environments
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- A reliable, punctual, and hands-on approach to work
- Ongoing stable work with long-term potential
- Variety of yard + MC driving responsibilities (no two days the same)
